Yin yoga is a great way to dive into your wellness journey. This class is used to restore connective tissues in the body. This yoga practice incorporates specific poses to target joint health, facilitates letting go of tension held in the body, and encourages stillness to balance our busy day to day lives.

Ready to roll out your mat and get started with yoga poses? Hatha yoga is a great place to start! This yoga practice moves at a slower pace, includes foundational poses, and offers simple yoga breathing techniques. If you are looking for a class to strengthen and stretch the body, this is the one for you!

In this class we connect movement and breath to create a flowing sequence. This style of yoga invites in creativity and variety. In our vinyasa classes we will move at a faster pace and offer a variety of options to tailor poses and flows to meet your needs and empower you to make the practice your own!

Yoga Class

Experience Based Classes

Our classes are created to meet you where you are at on your yoga journey. Each of our classes are offered at three levels of experience. Level 1 offers beginners a safe space to learn postures and reconnect with the body. Level 2 provides intermediate students an opportunity to go deeper into postures and begin to integrate mindfulness. Level 3 builds to create a sacred space for advance students.

Retreats and Workshops

Restore Yoga School offers retreats and workshops that are uniquely designed to guide our students deeper into their practice. These offerings integrate yoga poses and breathwork to make yoga enjoyable and empowering. You will thank yourself for joining us!

Restore Yoga School offers private yoga and mindfulness sessions with experienced teachers ready to walk with you in your wellness journey. These sessions may be individual or with
a small group.

Workplaces are beginning to embrace mindfulness and wellness practices to combat burnout and prioritize the wellbeing of team members. Restore Yoga School offers services to support businesses in accomplishing these goals.

Hello! I was introduced to yoga in 2010. I spent ten years liking the idea of yoga and attending different types of classes intermittently. 2020 challenged me with burnout in my professional career, the loss of my father, the excitement of expecting our first child, and the unknown of the pandemic. It was during this time of personal growth that I fully committed to my yoga practice and completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training (YTT) with Brett Larkin at Uplifted Yoga. I have been teaching vinyasa and hatha yoga since completing my training, and I am currently working towards my 500 hour YTT certification. As a mother of two little boys, wife to my best friend, a working professional, and a yoga teacher, I show up as my best self after moving my body, quieting my mind, and restoring my soul on my yoga mat. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you in your yoga journey!
